FSL Solar, S.L. (hereinafter, “FSL”) guarantees the compliance of Organic Law 15/99 of December 13 on Personal data protection. The purpose of this law is to guarantee and protect aspects related to personal data treatment, public liberties and the fundamental rights of physical people, especially their honor and personal and family intimacy. It is therefore about protecting the fundamental rights of the individual and, specifically those contemplated in article 18 of the Spanish Constitution.

At all moments, during the collection of the data the customer shall be informed of the purpose of its treatment and the existence of a file that shall be duly registered in the Spanish Data Protection Agency. Albeit, there is other personal data that due to its temporary nature shall be duly eliminated once the purpose has been met, thus complying with all the legal guarantees.

FSL has adopted various technical and organizational security measures as stipulated in prevailing legislation in matters of personal data protection. To this end, we have adopted the necessary measures and mechanisms to avoid the alteration, loss, misuse, unauthorized processing or access or theft of any personal data, having regard to the state of the art. However, it should be noted that, given the global nature and characteristics of the Internet, these measures are not entirely impenetrable.

With regard to the transfer of personal data, we inform the users that, on a general basis, the personal data will not be transferred to third parties except when this is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or where a contractual relationship for data processing is in place for the purposes of providing a specific service. In any event, users should know that in the event of this type of transfer, the transfer shall only be made after receiving express consent by the user.

Lastly, we inform that the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data grants the interested parties a number of rights enabling them effectively to protect and guarantee their right to honor and personal and family privacy.
